SMD vertical common mode inductors burn out. In fact, to completely solve the problem, we must start from the root cause. We must first avoid such manufacturers who are easy to control costs regardless of product quality, and only by choosing high-quality inductor products can we guarantee it.

Secondly, if it is found that the magnet coil is burnt out, it must be disposed of in time. If it needs to be repaired, you can check whether the number of turns of the short-circuit fault is very small, whether the short-circuit fault is at the edge, and whether other vertical common mode inductors are If it is intact, the damaged part can be removed for emergency use.
