The Toroidal Split Core is widely used in split current transformer, current sensor and etc. It’s ideal material for replacing split silicon steel core and split permalloy core.
■ The permeability is 10 times higher than split silicon steel core.
■ The core loss is 1/3 less than split silicon steel core.
■ The price is 50% lower than split permalloy core.

Product Characteristics
• After nano cutting, the permeability can reach to ≥6000. The precision will be improved by one level.
• Core loss(16KHz/37mT) is 1/2 less than amorphous core, and 1/6 less than silicon steel core.
• Excellent degree of linearity, 20% better than split silicon steel core.
